Your path to work
Reach out
Call us, message us, or drop into a centre. There's no test, no form to fill out in triplicate. Just a conversation about where you're at and where you want to go.
Make a plan
Your coach works with you to map a realistic path — whether that's a trade apprenticeship, a TAFE course, a retail traineeship, or something else entirely.
Skill up
We cover interview prep, resume writing, White Card and RSA/RSCG certifications, driver licensing support, and any pre-employment training you need.
Meet employers
We introduce you directly to hiring managers at companies that value potential over perfect paperwork. Many participants meet their future boss within a few weeks.
Start the job
We stay in touch for your first six months on the job, checking in, troubleshooting issues, and making sure the fit works for both you and your employer.

- Left school before completing Year 12 (or equivalent)
- Aged 15 to 24 years old
- Living in Australia
- Ready and willing to work
- No formal qualifications or extensive work history required
